Eugénie is a partial redesign and build in Sainte-Foy Station — a project where the brief went beyond aesthetics. The client needed more usable space, better flow and an additional bedroom, all within the existing footprint. The solution was a mezzanine level that transformed the apartment entirely, creating a sleeping area without sacrificing the open feel of the living space below. Warm wood tones, grey stone and a considered touch of colour bring the interior together — a balance that feels calm, functional and quietly characterful. A small apartment that punches well above its size.
